The house is located in the middle of the village but it has at the same time a very quiet and totally private position. Korakiana Cottage is a detached 200 year old traditional stone house, every detail lovingly renovated and restored. The house has a large sun terrace and a lawn. You have a free spectacular panoramic view from the east via the south to the west. You can see the sea, valleys, hills and olive groves, Andromeda end sea of stars , you can admire the colours of the sunrise and sink in orange hues of sunset . The house has a total area of about 110 sqm. In the first floor there are three bedrooms, - in 'Jasmine bedroom' there is a double french style bed - in the 'Sea room' there is a king size bed - and two beds in the third one. All have products from COCO-MAT, which is a recognized leader for natural sleep products. In the basement are the living room, kitchen and bathroom. -In the living room you can find a large eating corner, a comfortable lounge, fireplace, music, television, books, movies, board games and a lot more. To the house belongs an ecological vegetable garden, please feel free to use some tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers

Corfu town is 16kms away so around 20min drive. The nearest beaches are Dassia, Ipsos, Barbati(East coast) which are 3-5kms away Paleokastritsa(West coast) is 12kms(20 min drive). The village has a bakery, fresh bread is available within a 3 min walk of the house. There is a small bar, a kafenion and two mini markets. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and horseback riding. There is a trekking centre just south of the village.
