Built on a hill in Loutra of Agia Paraskevi, Koumaros Villas offer unique Aegean Sea and sunset views. The famous thermal baths of Agia Paraskevi are just a short drive away, the location is 1,2 km by car from "Loutra" village and the sea. Free WiFi is provided. Spread out in 3 levels, the accommodation is fitted with a seating area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and PS4. All units include a dining area and/or terrace. Opening to spacious terraces, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Every unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath, bathrobes, and slippers. Bed linen is offered. A private garden with BBQ, sundecks and shaded areas are included. Koumaros Villas also includes a barbecue and a small communal pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. Other facilities include a playground, ground chess, table tennis and fitness equipment. Agia Paraskevi boasts an array of bars, seaside taverns, as well as a picturesque small port. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Siviri, hosting numerous concerts and theatrical plays in summer, is 25 km away. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 103 km from the property.

Kostas Melopoulos was born and raised in Athens. He graduated from the French School "Lycee Leonin" and studied Economics at Athens University of Economics. He attended post-graduate seminars at Boston University, U.S.A. He served as Managing Director of "MELO S.A." chocolate industry and he is engaged in the construction industry as of 1988. Ever since it was founded back in 1988, MELTEMI CONSTRUCTIONS has INVESTED IN QUALITY OF LIFE. To date, its construction projects (complex AGNANTIO, the building at the spot of 'PALAMIDI', complex KIPI (GARDENS), complex AEGEO, various apartment buildings, settlement MELTEMI) have offered a wide range of proposals and sound alternative solution packages meeting every modern need or requirement.
The place is unique thanks to its landscape relief, its small and peaceful village, its port with the beautiful sandy beach, its south-west orientation with a delightful sunset. In the village you can find all essential supplies, fish restaurants, coffee bars, beach bars, sunbeds on the sand, etc. At the end of the village you can find the spa, which is known for its therapeutic properties, offering moments of relaxing, well-being and regeneration for bathers of all ages.
