We are truly delighted to add Kristi, together with identical sister property Tina, to our Meganisi portfolio. Completed only in late 2023 on land owned for generations by the same friendly local family, these three-bedroom, three-bathroom properties have been a real labour of love and now proudly offer a location, facilities, furnishings and décor that are all first class. Internally the property is inviting and refreshingly uncluttered with large windows and sliding doors ensuring those lovely views remain an integral part of your holiday. Well-appointed throughout, all bedrooms have en suite facilities and direct access to the pool terrace plus there is a further cloakroom off the open plan living area.

Chief amongst the many attributes, the sweeping views from the main rooms, private pool and terraces across undulating, olive-tree-clad countryside to sleepy Spartochori, the glittering Ionian Sea, famous island of Skorpios and rolling hills of eastern Lefkada are, quite simply, gorgeous. Just 500m away, the sleepy hilltop village of Spartochori is within walking distance and offers one of the most spectacular viewpoints on the island together with amenities that include a minimarket, butcher, bakery, pizzeria and popular family-run taverna. The charming waterside tavernas of Vathy (4,5km) are a ten minute drive and, of course, on Meganisi you are never far from a quiet beach or scenic cove with Agios Ioannis (4.1km), Spilia (1.6km) and Spartachori Beach itself (1.7km) some of the closest.
