Kypsalos Bungalows are located on a plot of 4500 sq.m. and they are consisted of 4 independent buildings, each of them with a capacity of up to 5 persons. The complex was completed in 2019 and has a B + Energy Rating . Each bungalow has one bedroom with a double bed, a loft with a twin bed and a sofa in the living room in which 1 person can sleep. There is also a closet and drawers for clothes and any other items that people want to store. The kitchen is in the same room with the living room and is fully equipped with all the appliances (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, cupboards) and also with kitchen pots, pans, utensils (cookware) and plates, glasses, forks, knives, spoons etc. In the living room area there is air-condition and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The WC has a glass shower cabin, a fitted toilet, a mirror over the sink and all the bathroom accessories and amenities that could be useful to anyone. The exterior area is designed to provide privacy for every tenant. There is an ideal customized garden with many plants, trees, natural lawn , a common swimming pool 40 sq.m. (1.6 m depth) and a barbecue (with gas) area.
