Comfortable house in the heart of the fishing village of Perdika on Aegina's island that can accommodate 5 travellers and a baby. It was fully renovated summer 2022. For the season of 2023, we will be much better! A new outdoor seating area, a fully air conditioning living room and a “Smart Home” saving energy control were aided. This location will allow you to enjoy the most beautiful place on the island, being very close to shops, beaches, marina, taverns and bus stops. A car is recommended to venture on the beaches of Klima and Sarpa, or visit the monasteries and main archaeological sites. You will appreciate the comfort and the new equipment of this house. The house is fully air-conditioned. Unfortunately because of the early construction (1995), is not comfortable for handicapped people and that is because the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the floor with stairs.

Hello dear visitors. We created a house with the idea “to be home”. We tried to give the everyday comfort of a normal house, far away from the “holiday accommodation” that provides only the basics. The idea is to give the opportunity to families and small groups of friends to enjoy holidays with the “everyday budget” of our normal life.
