Traditional Kefallonian Villa located in the heart of Agia-Efimia, eastern of Kefallonia, 8km from the village Sami, where the main port is located and connects the island with the city of Patra. The house is only 5km from the most famous beach of the island, Myrtos and only 9km from famous lake Melissani and cave Drogarati. It's a renovated independent house of 90 square meters, beautiful front yard with jasmines and marble floor and a great backyard with flowers, lemon & orange trees.
