The Levanta apartment is a fully renovated property with a modern interior. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining area, creating the perfect place to relax and entertain. Kalavarda is a picturesque village, built next to the ruins of ancient Kameiros and about 800 meters from the beach. Kalavarda is located on the west coast of the island of Rhodes, between the villages of Fanes and Salakos. They are 31 km from the city of Rhodes and the port of the island as well as 15 km from the airport "Diagoras" of Rhodes. They are built on the slope of a hill amphitheatrically oriented with sea view. The village is built in the green, as it is surrounded by pine forests, areas with cypresses, oaks and an abundance of herbs such as sage, oregano and thyme. Kalavarda is known for the garlic they produce. "Kalavardena garlic" is characterized by a small size but a strong smell and a strong burning sensation in the mouth. In Kalavarda you can find some of the most beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, as they are combined from beaches with sand and shallow waters which are suitable for small children to others with pebbles and even rocky ones. Here you will find plenty of restaurants where you can taste delicious mezes, local meats and fresh fish accompanied by local wines, ouzo and traditional suma all served with a side of warm hospitality. Close to Skala are found the remains of Ancient Kamiros, one of the most powerful towns of Rhodes during the antiquity. Old Kamiros is also very popular for its fish tavernas.
