Welcome to Kefalonia, Lighthouse Villas Kefalonia is a family run business. Our family has worked in tourism industry for more than 30 years in Kefalonia. Tzivras family owns apartments in the Lassi area of Kefalonia ''Tzivras villa and apartments''. I myself constructed the villas, with the help of an architect. We commenced renting the villas on August 2019. Cleaning is provided twice a week free of charge. We also own a family traditional restaurant in Argostoli from our grandparents ''Tzivras restaurant 1933'' which has been in operation since 1933. Our goal is to offer to our guests a memorable experience providing high standards of services and quality.

Property information

Lighthouse villas Kefalonia are brand new constructions that finished July 2019. The building consists of two separate villas each with their own private swimming pool with hydro-massage. Both villas are 100% separated with a fence two meters high, so that the clients have privacy from the next door villa. The villas are suitable for guests who want to have access to the beach easily and also have all the good amenities of the city of Argostoli (capital of Kefalonia) which is 3 Km away. The architectural design, view and its position next to Lighthouse of saint Theodore landmark establishes this place unique.

Neighbourhood information

There are some restaurants, hotels and apartments close to the villas. There is a beach exactly in front of the villas. Calm and friendly neighborhood. One of the most popular sightseeing of Kefalonia '' Lighthouse of saint Theodore'' is next to the villas.
