The house is located in the settlement of Siviri and overlooks the forest.
The evening offers an ideal atmosphere for relaxing on the balcony after a long day at the beach.
The beach is 400 meters where you can easily walk up there, Beach bars, restaurants and night clubs are at the same distance. 100 meters from the house there is a super market.
The house is fenced with its own courtyard and is ideal for families and large groups.
The owner of the house is available for any help he can offer.
The neighborhood is generally very quiet.
There are houses on the right and left of the house and facing the forest.
Siviri is a 45-minute drive from Thessaloniki.
Although there is enough traffic, the road has recently expanded and access is very good.
Guests can easily park their vehicles on the road in front of the house.
The bus stop is 200 meters from the house.
