Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining area with table and chairs. The living area is light and spacious with satellite TV, DVD, and even a wine cellar for your favourite Greek wines! The owners of this delightful villa taken great care to decorate and furnishing it in a wonderfully tasteful way, providing an enticing and relaxing environment throughout. Patio doors lead out to the outside dining area and private pool. The dining area is fully covered with an attractive wooden pergola, providing that much needed shade for summer dining. There is a purpose built BBQ with plenty of preparation space. The pool benefits from steps leading down which can also act as seats - a nice place to relax and cool off even if you do not want to swim! The pretty garden area contains olive trees, fruit trees and other Mediterranean flowers. There is also a private parking area with a large gate providing privacy and security. The villa even has the added benefit of having it's own emergency water tank which switches on automatically if the local water cuts off for any reason.
