The thing that makes our houses unique is the point they are located at.They are one minute walk to the Metaxourgeio Metro,they are close proximity to Larissa Rail Station(main central station)where the transition to the port of Piraeus and to the northern parts of the country is easy.From Metaxourgio metro station many buses run all over the city and its suburbs with the nearest beach only 30 minutes away.All of our houses have been designed on the basics of our personal aesthetics...youthful,trendy and warm with all the necessary elements to ensure a welcoming experience.

All of our homes are located in the heart of Athens 1 minute walk to Metaxourgio Metro station and the lively Karaiskaki square,offering our friends the opportunity to live just ike the permanent residents of the area.Points of interest such as Monastiraki,Thissio,Plaka,the National Theater,The Archaeological Museum of Omonoia and the Acropolis are within walking distance or by metro 2-3 stops.The neighborhood is quiet and very secure with the police headquarters across the street.Many supermarkets,banks,cafes,restaurants,taverns,bakeries,open market,hospital pharmacies,doctors,theaters etc are also nearby.
