Evgenia Suites is a Mediterranean residence style property set among olive trees in a quiet village called Minies .
Our property is family style and offers a very personal touch to each and every guest that chooses us .
Evgenia suites consists of 8 two bedroom apartments fully furnished and fully equipped with all necessary things one may need during their stay in Kefalonia. The property offers complimentary breakfast in our patio for all bookings made after January 2023. Breakfast includes local delicacies , farm eggs , homemade eggs and cakes , local cheese . We make our own lemonade from our lemon trees of our garden . Basil and levander used in our drinks is daily picked from our botanical garden .
Evgenia suites takes its name by the ancient Greek word "ευγένεια" which means humaneness and nobleness . Evgenia also is the name of the first born daughter of the property owner . In tribute to her gentle soul the property was named after her since our mission is to offer that casual gentle homey feeling to our guests that will make them want to stay here forever .
The host is Tety and Spiros , a young married couple in their 30's that take hospitality very seriously since that is one of the many properties they manage . They are always happy to assist with any concierge services you may desire . They are locals so they know all the good stuff . Tety is a yoga instructor and in her free time she teaches yoga at her studio in Argostoli town . The name of the studio is YPSK Yoga Pilates Society Kefalonia . You can book yoga sessions or retreats at her studio or at the Property on the sun deck .
The village is fairly close to the airport and to all the amazing beaches in Kefalonia. Costa Costa beach is only 3km away . Englina Beach is 500 meters away , Spasmata beach 300 meters away , Ammes beach is only 800 meters away , Ai helis beach is 1,5 km away .
If you are into biking or hiking this is your ideal place to be . Enjoy the fresh scents of jasmine, lavander and aromatic roses.
Enjoy breakfast is our beautiful patio and spend the day in our relaxed and serene pool while drinking refreshments from our all day long pool bar . .
