The 2-room apartment is situated on the lower floor of our house. It is separated from the rest of the house by a wooden partition wall closing off a passage. The house itself is situated on the edge of Skopelos Town and is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the ferry port. The apartment comprises a 17m2 bedroom with a queen size bed and private balcony, a 12m2 living room, and a big 5.7m2 bathroom equipped with a bath, an in-bath shower, a toilet and a wash-hand basin. The bathroom is NOT en-suite. From the street and the private parking space, a flight of outside stairs leads down to a private patio and balcony, equipped with an umbrella, a table and two chairs. From here the entrance door opens into the living room. This is equipped with a single bed, a table with 3 chairs, and a small kitchenette equipped with a kettle, crockery, cutlery, sandwich maker, 2-plate counter-top hob, microwave oven, and a fridge/freezer. There is a small cold-water kitchen sink on the balcony. From the living room, a short passage leads to the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom has a large balcony, equipped with a table and 3 chairs as well as a retractable awning. It is ideal for two persons but a third person can be accommodated in the living room. An open-air, col- water shower is found in the garden which guests share with the owners.

The house is situated on the edge of the old town and, apart from traffic noise, it is very safe and peaceful. The are no nightclubs , restaurants and bars in the vicinity.
