Το διαμέρισμα (2ος όροφος) βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης με θέα στα καταγάλανα νερά του Ευρίπου. Από το μπαλκόνι σας θα έχετε θέα την θάλασσα του βόρειου Ευβοϊκού. Μόλις 1 λεπτό περπάτημα από την παραλία της Χαλκίδας, με τις καφετέριες, τα εστιατόρια και τα καλύτερα μπαράκια της πόλης. 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλαζ Αστέρια (οργανωμένη παραλία). Super Market, ψητοπωλείο και φούρνος απέχουν μόλις 2 λεπτά για τις προμήθειες σας.
Βρισκόμαστε στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας, δίπλα στην παλιά γέφυρα.
