Maria's Panoramic Seaview Villa Maria's Panoramic Seaview Villa is located on Crete, the largest island in Greece, in the peaceful village of Pano Kefalas, in the Apokoronas region. This beautiful villa combines classic style with modern comfort. It has three levels connected by an indoor staircase and can host up to 10 people. On the ground floor, there is a small, independent apartment. It includes one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a living room. The living room has a sofa bed for two people and an armchair that can also turn into a single bed. The first floor features a large living room with a fireplace and a big dining area, perfect for spending time with family or friends. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, and a balcony with amazing views. From the balcony, you can enjoy the blue sea on one side and the mountains and olive trees on the other. Two armchairs in the living room can be turned into single beds if needed. The top floor has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a shared bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms open to a large terrace with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The villa includes air conditioning, TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms. Outside, the villa has a lovely garden with a barbecue area, a wood-fired oven, and a children’s playground. There is also private parking for your convenience. One of the best features of the villa is its private 50 sq. m. swimming pool, which can be heated for extra comfort. The pool is surrounded by peaceful nature, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost .
