An Iconic Retreat with Private Pool, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Spectacular Design and just steps away from a beach. With an outdoor private 50sqm infinity pool with hydromassage features, this is a spectacular 250m2 villa, that can host up to 10 guests to unwind, just a few steps away from the Sea. From the moment you step into the Villa you’ll be welcomed into a truly unique space, one that only a privileged few will ever experience. *The villa is part of a Melia Luxury Villas complex, it is 2nd in Line (one other villa is located just in front and another one behind) where two more villas are located, each with their own pool and facilities. The villa is just a few steps away from the sea. The home is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp, access to the Ground Floor pool & living room, bedroom/bathroom. *Events are welcome upon request & only if all the three Melia Luxury Villas are booked. Prior notice, extra fees, event contract required. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 60euros/day -Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. 
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
