Απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα από την άνεση του μπαλκονιού ή του καθιστικού. Το συγκρότημα περιβάλλεται από ασφαλείς κήπους δίπλα στη θάλασσα, ιδανικό για παιδιά που παίζουν και τρέχουν. Η ευρεία περιοχή της Σιθωνίας χαίρει μια εξαιρετική φυσική ομορφιά με την πόλη της Νικήτης (6km / 4miles) που διαθέτει 700 ετών κέντρο με γραφικά λιθόστρωτα δρομάκια, καλοδιατηρημένη τοπική αρχιτεκτονική και χαλαρωτικό περιβάλλον. Σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το συγκρότημα διαμερισμάτων υπάρχει ένα ήσυχο οργανωμένο κάμπινγκ που διαθέτει ένα φιλικό ολοήμερο beach bar / εστιατόριο με lounge μουσική και καλά εξοπλισμένη μίνι μάρκετ για τις καθημερινές βασικές παροχές.
