The air-conditioning and specific electrical appliances must be turned off when leaving the apartment and used according to the manufacturer instructions/Children are not left unattended by responsible adult/ Parents with a bed wetting kid must ask in advanced for waterproof mattress protectors/ It is forbidden smoking inside the house or the use of strong sprays that burden the atmosphere inside the apartment because some people are very sensible suffering allergies, asthma or have respiratory problems - We do our best to provide you with a clean place! Please take care, so that the next guests find the same clean place. Upon coming you are not charged with cleaning fees but if you leave a mess you will be charged! - Don't mix used dishes with the clean ones please leave the used ones on the sink!!
