The apartment is approximately 40 sq.m. with an additional 20 sq.m. loft area. It is centrally located in Artemida Town, just 60 meters from the beautiful, long sandy beach. The space offers all modern amenities. Upstairs in the loft, you’ll find a cozy double bed, a small desk, a smart TV, and an open closet. On the ground level, there are two single beds that double as sofas when the space is not occupied by a third or fourth guest. This area also includes a smart TV and a small sitting/bench area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hobs, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. The bathroom features a shower and hot water. Pet-friendly accommodation. Everything you might need is within walking distance: bakeries, mini markets, cafés, restaurants, taverns, playgrounds, bookstores, salons, and clothing stores. Free WiFi included
