Boutique Studio apartment with Minimalistic Cosy atmosphere and private balcony, just reconstructed and offered for first time. Ideal base for exploring Crete and a perfect relaxation resort. Ideally located, very close to Knossos (5 min.), to the exits to the national road for both directions (5min.), to the city center (10min.) and to excellent beaches (15min.). With ample parking space in case of private car and an urban bus stop in just 80 meters if you will use public transportation. Fully reconstructed studio apartments with Boutique aesthetic, fully equipped kitchen (kitchen stove, Oven, Fridge), new relaxing beds with anatomic mattresses and modern bathrooms with rain shower system and hairdryer. There is also laundry facility available upon request.

Located in one of the best districts of the town, in a quiet neighborhood and the same time close to a main avenue that leads to the Knossos Palace with easy access to a wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, souvlaki grill shops, greengrocers, bakeries, pharmacies and just 400m from one of the two major local hospitals. The approach to the apartment can be done either with a private car (rental or owned) or with a taxi with relatively low cost. Public car parking space is almost always available just outside the apartment's entrance. Transportation with the local town buses is also very convenient since the bus stop is very close and the routes’ density is very frequent.
