Located in a picture village Embrosneros, where you may find a variety of local adventures, this unique restored villa has everything you may need for an authentic cretan holiday break. External Living | Pool & Outdoor Facilities Ensconced within a 200m2 outdoor space, this sublime house complete with 30m2 outdoor pool with 1.40depth, and wonderful grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. The pool terrace is equipped with a premium sun-beds so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (charcoal) facilities. This captivating holiday home boasts sublime interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 150m2 indoor space. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts three bedrooms on the ground floor (one with separate entrance) both with en-suite bathroom, and two more bedrooms are located in the first floor, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel and also featuring en-suite bathrooms. The retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms (two of the guests can be accommodated in the first floor bedroom, sofa) & one more guest can be accommodated at the living room sofa. The maximum capacity is 11 guests. Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 200 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
