Please, be informed that the aircondition IS EXTRA. It is 6 Euro per day for the One Bedroom Apartment type B4 and for the Unit Studio B1, 8 Euros per day for the Superior One Bedroom Apartment type A5 and 10 Euros per day for the Two Bedroom Apartment type A4. The Price for the Safety Box is 5 Euro for the total stay of the client.

It is a unique family resort which is surrounded with gardens and pine trees and the facilities which provided are similar with a normal Apartment. Please, be informed that the type ''Economy Semibasement'' Apartment does not have balconies or verandas or big windows but big sky lights! -S'il vous plaît, soyez informé que l'un des types d'appartement '' Economy Semi Basement '' n'a pas de balcons, de vérandas ou de grandes fenêtres mais de grandes lumières du ciel! -(Ο τύπος διαμερίσματος ''Economy Semi Basement'' ΔΕΝ έχει βεράντα, ούτε παράθυρα αλλά τεράστιους φεγγίτες με σίτες για τα κουνούπια. Αμέσως μόλις βγείτε έξω υπάρχουν τραπέζια και καρέκλες για τους ενοίκους αυτών των διαμερισμάτων όπου μπορείτε να καθίσετε με θέα τα πεύκα και τα λουλούδια). The above description applies ONLY for the type ''Economy Semi Basement''. Allow me please to inform you that the laundry machine is included ONLY in the Apartments A4, A5 and Semibasement! Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is located at Pirras street, the road which leads to Filerimos mountain! There is one taverna 50 meters distance form the resort and the main street of Ialysos is 8-10 minutes walking or approximately 800 meters! As long as you reach the main street there is a Mini Market and a bus stop which leads you to the Town of Rhodes which is 8 kilometers away from our hotel! The beach is 15 minutes walking distance or approximately 1.000 meters-1 kilometer and the area is very safe! Our Hotel is a family resort and it is located in a very quiet area! Renting a car, or motorbike, or bicycle are HIGHLY recommended! There is free parking space at the area of the hotel We can arrange to rent a car for you fully insuranced, with air-condition and unlimited kilometers! We are encouraging our respectful customers to arrange their reservation in EngLish because we would not be able to pronounce them. Therefore, when you make the reservation Sirs please use the English letters. Thank you very much for your understanding- co operation
