Niki’s Villa is a luxurious two-story villa located in Akrotiri, Zakynthos, offering calming sea views. Spanning 175 square meters, the villa's unique architectural design features an airy, high-ceilinged main space, combining the dining area and living room. This bright and expansive area allows natural light to flood the interior, creating a sense of openness and connection to the surrounding views, with a clear sightline to the first floor and its distinctive interior balcony. On the ground floor, two beautifully designed bedrooms provide the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed and offers a window with magnificent views of the sea, pool, and surrounding landscape. The second bedroom features two single beds, with windows looking out over the villa’s peaceful backyard. Between the two bedrooms, there is a bathroom with all modern amenities.
