In Petrikata, perched on the hillsides over Ag.Kiriaki bay, we poured all our love and attention into converting our old family “Andreas Bakery” into two wonderful cozy apartments. Fully renovated in 2022, welcoming guests to enjoy the beautiful view of the hills to the sea and the mountain around us. All while staying in the tranquility of the village, away from the noise of crowds, but in arms reach from places like Myrtos beach. Quintessential Kefalonia, mountain and sea, serenity and nature.

Petrikata is a quiet, small, traditional village in the Thinia area over Agia Kiriaki bay, almost at the center of the island. Perched on the mountain side over the bay it has vast view of the Ionian Sea to the north all the way to Lefkada. Within a few minutes’ drive from some of the most iconic beaches on the island around the bay. The namesake Agia Kiriaki of course, and Vouti are closer, but also majestic Myrtos is at the other end of the bay. Even more so, the magnificent, secluded gems of Fteri and Amidi can be reached through boat rides from Agia Kiriaki. Since our village is but a small one there aren’t any shopping and dining options close by. For your groceries we recommend driving to Argostoli and stocking up. There is a small mini market in Agonas (next village over less than 3km away) for some last-minute essentials. For dining you will find some excellent restaurants down by the sea in Agia Kiriaki. There is also a great traditional Greek tavern and grill place in Agonas (Vista Mare).
