OIKIES high living complex is equipped with extra care for comfort, an attention to detail and hommy attitude. The complex is located very close to the center of village Syvota, just a few minutes walk from the marina - and in walking distance from the outstanding beaches. THE APARTMENTS • 1 level, totally new minimal design house • living and dining room, kitchen, wc, balcony • 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite wardrobe, spacious veranda • Fully equipped kitchen • 12 mps internet connection. • 40'satellite TV in the living room, 32' TV in the master bedroom. • Washing machine   SERVICES • Express key collection • Fine linens, towels, and bath equippment • City guide
We are an engineer's family that also interested in property managment.
The neighbourhood is just a few minutes walk from the central marina of Sivota. Most of the people that stay close to the complex are locals and very distinctive and quite.
