The house is a wonderful choice, if you are looking for large and bright spaces with panoramic views from all sides. It is built on a hillside, which has countless olive groves, southwest from the center of Platanias and about 25 minutes' drive, west from Chania city.
The plot is fenced, fully landscaped and offers excellent privacy. At the frontage, there is a beautiful courtyard with flowers and plants while at the back, there is a large lawn garden. Provision has also been made so that a part of the garden can easily become a parking space for several cars. A covered area next to the garden has a kitchen counter, cabinets, a built-in barbecue and a traditional wood oven.
