Neighbourhood information

Benitses is a picturesque fishing village with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to cater for your every need. Throughout the summer local festivals take place - the biggest one on the 16th and 17th July to celebrate Agia Marina which is the name of the main church in the village. In the main village square lambs will be roasted on spits and locals will dance to traditional music in the evenings - not to be missed! If you fancy a trip to Paxos or Blue Lagoon there are boat trips on a daily basis from the marina.
