This charming stone residence, owned by Ionnna, consists of two unique houses set in one of Crete’s most serene seaside landscapes. The first house sits directly on the crystal-clear shores of Palaio Damnoni Beach, offering an unparalleled beachfront experience where the gentle sound of the waves is just steps away. Just above it, the second stone house enjoys a slightly elevated seaside position, capturing beautiful views while remaining only moments from the water. Both residences have access to a private path leading to a quiet, unorganized beach shared only with a few neighboring homes. Together, they create a peaceful coastal haven ideal for relaxation, reconnecting with nature, and savoring the pure beauty of Crete’s coastline.
Seaside Palio Damnoni is located in "Palio Damnoni" beach, close to Damnoni and only 5 minutes drive distance from Plakias. Damnoni is a coastal area on the southern coast of Crete, known for its crystal-clear waters and charming rocky beaches. The area is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing, with a relaxed, unspoiled atmosphere that allows you to unwind completely.
