Company information
We are a family owned company that manages properties all around Greece and was established in 2011 in Thessaloniki. We love to offer in person warm hospitality to our guests and local tips for dining, shopping or any other activity that you may have in mind. Thessaloniki is our hometown and base of the company so we know all good spots, while in Halkidiki, Pelion and Mykonos we do manage and own some selective properties.

The house is located at Elia beach right above Grecophilia boutique hotel and the end of the road. The famous Ambassador hotels & villas are also located here, while the beach is organised with beach clubs, water sports, restaurants, ATMs. Ano Mera village that has everything else a guest may need is just 2.5 km away.
