More than just a place to stay "Patriko" is a unique and fully equipped and decorated self catering accommodation with parking inside for short term rent for 2 to 5 people. It has 90 m2 approx main space consisted of one master bedroom with a private bathroom and a traditional built King bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. A second common traditional bathroom is right outside the two bedrooms. The living room more than consists of two built in couches where can host one more guest, and a traditional fire place great to use in the winter months. The kitchen is connected with the living room through a discreet open entrance and has all the amenities included like stove oven,dish wash machine, refrigerator,boiler etc. When you enter the house and before you enter towards the living room there is a dining room, but you can always dine also at the terrace outside the front door with the sounds of the sea, or you can also dine in the back yard in peace and quiet. At the back yard also you will notice one round black stairs that will lead you to the deck at the roof of the house in order to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the magnetic sunsets.

In a few words, I am an easygoing family person at the end of my sixties. I will try to be a nice host and show what a Greek island feels like especially Paro's hospitality. My main objective is mutual respect and trust.

From the house you have direct access to the beach which is sandy and wind protected. One mile far to west there is the famous Faragas beach From the second hand you have also the opportunity to go walking on the edge of the beach in the village, having the opportunity to admire the pretty fishing harbor and enjoy the charming cafes, restaurants and fish taverns. Very close to the house there is an old picturesque orthodox church, a kiosk, a complex of football (soccer) field,basketball field and tennis court. Next to the kiosk there is a bus station. The distance from Parikia is 12 km and from Naousa 20 km. If your car is a big one e.g geep don't park on the road you'll find parking lot very close to the house eventhough the village has also two large parkings.
