Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete, and a Master's Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor-made tourism services, especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Welcome to Petrina 3 Waterfront Villa, a two-story retreat located in the serene coastal village of Keratokambos. This charming villa has a size of 125 m and can comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Situated just 50 meters from the local sandy beach and surrounded by a family-friendly neighborhood, this villa is the ideal place for families and couples seeking tranquility. As you enter the villa from the upper floor, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting open-plan living space. The living room and dining area are seamlessly connected, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation or dining with friends and family. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen.The upper floor also features a convenient WC for guests. An internal staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you will find two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second features two single beds, providing flexibility for families or groups. These bedrooms share a large, modern bathroom with a shower and WC. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a separate studio with a semi-double bed, a small kitchenette, and a private shower/WC. A fenced courtyard surrounds the property, offering a private outdoor space where guests can unwind. The villa also boasts a balcony with beautiful views . Open-air parking is available right outside the villa, making access easy and convenient. The entire property is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets for added comfort. For stays up to five days, no additional cleaning services are provided, but guests staying for seven days will find a full set of linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels) in the closets to refresh their rooms. For stays of 14 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is offered on the 7th or 8th day, with fresh linens and towels provided. Should any additional cleaning or linen needs arise during your stay, they will be promptly addressed upon request via phone.
