Hello, I am Fabio and I have traveled the world for work in tourism and pleasure for more than 30 years . I started my experience as a host 15 years ago when I bought my villa in Chania and I have always hosted tourists from all over the world welcoming them and cuddling them in the best possible way. • Large balcony with top sea view+dining area+bbq • Within walking distance to Plaka center and its restaurants,bar,market • Very spacious indoor area • Only 800mt to Almyrida sandy beach (road all uphill) • Wifi • Full air conditioned • Private parking in the yeard of the building • BBQ in the balcony • 20 min drive to Chania During the winter the apartment is rented per month . ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION DURING MONTHLY WINTER RENTAL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE but it will be paid on place All taxes are included except for the environmental one, which is 15 euros per night ( for the big apartment ) / 8 euros per night ( for the small apartment ) from April to October AND 4 euros per night ( for the big apartment ) / 2 euros per night ( for the small apartment ) from November to March

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the beautiful traditional village of Plaka in Apokoronas area and it is about 800mt to the beach of Almyrida( but the street is uphill).Few minutes walking from the property you can find in the center of Plaka all markets,bar,taverna /restaurants,etc. The city of Chania is about 25km far and the airport of Chania is 32 km far away.The airport of Heraklion is about 128 km. The car is recommended This part of Crete has a spectacular coastline with miles and miles of unspool sandy beaches ( likeLutraki, Marathi, Seitan liman, Stavros, Almyrida, etc.) and from the strategic position of the villa you can reach them very easily.
