The apartment is located right on the seafront of the most central beach of Chalkida, a few steps away from the city's center, Just renovated fully, it enjoys gorgeous unobstructed views of North Evoia Gulf bay. The wooden floors, original throughout, were lovingly refurbished with utmost respect to the rich tradition of the building, while the 4-metre high ceilings convey an air of bygone era's charm and splendour. All modern amenities are available for the comfort of the guests: air conditioning (although the apartment is naturally cooled by the sea breeze and insulated with 70 cm thick stone walls), induction hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and wifi. The bathroom is all brand new. A large veranda at the back spans the full length of the apartment overseeing the mansion's yard and is ideal for relaxed breakfasts and al fresco dining.
All interesting spots of the city are near: bars, restaurants, churches, museums, the castle - no need to use a car! For swimming, just put on your flip flops and get on the sandy beach right in front!
