Porto Timoni is a family run business which started operating in 2007 and is run by a family with over 25 years of experience on the job.
Porto Timoni is situated on a headland high above the sandy bay of Agios Georgios with waves lapping from the Ionian Sea . This beautiful rocky headland is in the far northwest of the island of Corfu in the village of Afionas . Our welcome apartments and restaurant protrudes into the sea floating 250 m above sea level. Standing on the rim that boasts a wonderful view over the sea , bay and the spectacular green island of Corfu . Today it is a peaceful heaven - nothing disturbs the tranquility and natural beauty surrounding our apartment’s . The historic village square of Afionas is within a short walking distance. A foot path from our place leading visitors to two enchanting little coves which are ideal for swimming . One of the bays opens into the bay of AgiosGeorgios and the second gives way to the Adriatic sea . With the two coves on either side of tiny strip of land it is know as Porto Timoni beach. The hotels name reflects the original name of the area where the two beaches are located which is called PortoTimoni.
