The company named Prasini Folia L.P is the manager of the accommodation Prasini Folia -Traditional Residence. It was created to manage the apartments-studios with the perspective of offering more tourist services to its hosted guests in the future.

Period furniture, authentic-precious Anogia textiles of the last century, but also all modern comforts create a genuine environment for visitors to enjoy the experience that the Anogia culture offers in its essence. For three decades Prasini Folia was a legendary tavern-guest house in Anogia. It was founded by George and Evangelia Kalomiris and became the reason why organized tourists came to Anogia for the first time in the early 1970s. Prasini Folia associated its name with the cultural and economic development of Anogia in the 1970s, 80s and 90s, culminating mainly with the famous "Anogia Music Competitions" by Manos Hadjidakis, the world-known musician and composer. All the famous artists and visitors of that time were customers at Prasini Folia. In ourdays Prasini Folia has turned into a traditional guest house under the management of the son of Georgios and Evangelia, Yiannis Kalomiris and his wife Ioanna Kalogeraki. It consists of 2 apartments and 4 studios. Accommodates up to 15 guests Three stone arches dominate the facade of the central building. Two apartments, on the first floor, a large terrace with a wonderful view of the hills and the neighborhood are waiting to offer you an unforgettable stay. On the ground floor there are also four oneplan studios, which share a large terrace and offer the feeling of the neighborhood and a pleasant and comfortable stay for the guests. All apartments-Studios are decorated by Ioanna Kalogeraki with authentic handmade last century's textiles from Anogia, which belong to our family. Combined with selected antique furniture, they invite you to discover them and offer you an unforgettable stay-experience. ​

Property is located at Anogia village on main street named Michali Skoula at Perahori neighborhood. Perahori is the last neighborhood of Anogia village that visitor pases through traveling from Heraklion to Rethymnon. 3 stone made arches dominate on facate of the main building. A few meters further is located the house of the unforgettable world famous singer Nikos Xylouris and the central square with cafes and taverns. Free parking on the main street outside of the property.
