Prima Lodging offers smart homes for short-term accommodation in Thessaloniki. The first apartment opened in November 2018 in the municipality of Kalamaria Thessaloniki. This innovative self-catering accommodation offers a new way of self check-in via video doorbell and smart lock, available 24 hours a day, without the presence of a host or other staff. The Google Home assistant inside the apartments can be used for in-house commands such as voice control of the smart lights or information regarding the local area. Guests may relax on the furnished balcony with city view, play any of the console’s pre-installed video games or watch Netflix on the large full HD TV. Our goal is to offer small affordable smart homes combined with competitive amenities using smart interior design choices for space saving.

All apartments have a living room with a large fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with freezer and a dinner table, private bathroom with hydro massage shower, bath and hand towels, a separated bedroom, air condition, smart lights with voice control, free‍‍‍ internet access and a 40 inches full HD TV with console, pre-installed video games and Netflix. Guests may relax at the furnished balconies with city view. The free municipal parking is located behind the building. Parking entrance: Kiouptsidou, Kalamaria, 55133, Greece. The check-in process is made electronically using the outdoor camera, password and smart lock.

Kalamaria, Thessaloniki is well known for its shops, cafeterias, restaurants and the seaside of Aretsou with its majestic sunset, marines and picturesque taverns close to the sea, as well as various open-air places for entertainment.
