Shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found at the neighbouring village of Panormo or Perama within a distance of 10 minutes by car, providing tavernas and cafes, a super market, bakery, a grocery shop, butcher’s, a hairdressers as well as a pharmacy & hospital. A gas station can also be found in Perama which is also less than 10 minutes away by car. Panormo Village also features wonderful sandy beaches, which is the closest to the villa, within 5 minutes driving, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 20minutes. *TO DINE : You can enjoy either a drink or a meal in a very traditional, homely and hospitable atmosphere.
