I am Andreas, 5th generation owner of the mansion. Returned in the island after studies and work, to help in the family pharmacy and work in hospitality through the renovated studios! I speak Greek, English, and Italian, love the sea, traveling, cinema and coffee with nice chats!

The Rafalias family inhabited the island in 1596. They were the second family after the Koundouriotis settling in the island. Around 1890 they bought a small land with a small house and builded around and on top creating a unique in architectural features mansion. The 1st floor of the mansion which is no longer offered as a rental has 10 different rooms with Fresco paintings made 130 years ago by Genovese artists. It has been published in different magazines, architecture books and famous people like Vivienne Westwood, Pamela Anderson, photographer Mara Desipris and other have stayed there. Now we offer a small part from the ground floor, 2 suites with en-suite bathrooms and the garden house as rentals. The studios: Consisted of a double bed. They have a bathroom with shower , 43' smart TV , fully equipped kitchenette , air condition , iron and external washing machine. Ideal for people who want autonomy, privacy and the choice to cook and eat in the beautiful garden. A cleaning lady is provided and twice a week change towels and sheets. Upon request for an extra charge if needed more. There is a gym in the basement and a jacuzzi in the garden just for the guests!

Right in the heart of Hydra next to Rafalias old historic pharmacy is the mansion and the house of the garden were the four studios are located. Next to the supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, near the port without steps!
