Indoor facilities Royal Bird Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor, with twin-size beds. On the ground floor, the open-plan space area offers direct access to the pool area. The real heart of the home is the open plan living area with a fireplace and the scenery is completed with a kitchen with a modern design and all the necessary amenities. There is also a ding space where you could enjoy your meals gazing at the sea. On the same floor, you can find a communal bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, one of them offers two single beds, one bedroom with a king-size bed and the third bedroom provides a king-size bed. One of the bedrooms offers a hydro-massage Jacuzzi bath. All of the bedrooms on the upper floor offer a sea view from the balconies. On the lower level, there is a gym, a sauna room, and a shower room. Outdoor facilities The outdoor saltwater swimming pool and the lounge space are the spots where you can rustle up a cocktail or relax while gazing at the sunset. Close to the pool area, there is a dining table and a well-organized BBQ area. Finally, there is a garden around the villa. a secure parking area outside the villa for 2 cars, along with a free EV charger available. Accessibility From the parking area to the main door of the indoor space, there is a path without stairs. In addition, inside the villa, there is an elevator to move from one floor to another. ***Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
