The property is located in the highly- coveted area of Sani Beach, and boasts unobstructed views over the surrounding pine forest and wheat fields. The incredible Sani coastline is in close proximity; you can either go for a swim in one of the natural beaches close by, or visit one of the many beach clubs for a more well- attended experience. The area of Kassandra in Chalkidiki has much to offer- beach clubs for all-day relaxation, picturesque villages such as Athitos and Nea Fokaia and of course the Sani Marina which is the perfect place for an evening stroll or dinner.
