Access: By Car or Taxi Only – No Public Transportation Available • Distance from Athens: approx. 2 hrs by car (via Galatas + ferry) • Limited public transport – car rental recommended • Best time to visit: Spring to Autumn •Organized spa facilities & natural hot springs available • Cultural events during summer months From Methana Port: Start from Methana Port. Follow the coastal road to the left, heading north (the sea will be on your right). After approximately 5–7 minutes, you’ll pass by the old thermal baths (Loutra Methanon) on your right. Continue along the same road for about 8 kilometers in total, with a gentle uphill and a few curves, heading toward the area of Agios Nikolaos. Look for signs pointing to Agios Nikolaos / Baths of Pausanias — keep going straight until you reach the small seaside village near the chapel of Agios Nikolaos, right by the water. Once you spot the Baths of Pausanias, turn right onto a small side road or path that leads slightly above the main road. The house is located on a small hill, overlooking the sea — that’s where your retreat awaits.
