The whole building consists of 4 floors, the apartment is on 1st floor. The whole apartment is for exclusive use by you. The view of the endless calmness of the greenery can be ideal with your morning coffee. The apartment has recently been renovated with all the modern amenities, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment for an ultimate cooking experience and a very comfortable living room which guarantees a relaxing atmosphere. You welcome to enjoy the privacy of the whole apartment, which is clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay like a local, such as double-glazing windows, air-condition, natural gas heating for the winter, high speed WiFi, hair dryer, coffeemaker, iron, TV and so on.
