Modern and luxury villa,in a complex of similar houses , right in front of the sea with an amazing private beach.Ideal for families or group of friends for comfartable and relaxed vacation. The place is a modern maisonette/duplex house with includes 2 floors and an attic.On ground floor we have the terrace/porch of the house which includes a table for 6 people, 2 large and comfortable chaise lounges, a coffee with a couch and 4 chairs. Inside there is the living room and kitchen with a WC including a shower. On the top floor we have our 2 comfortable bedrooms each with its own balcony and on the same floor we have the main bathroom of the house. In the one bedroom the attic is included which also has a double bed . The house is in a gated community with private entrance and 24 hour security with your own lawn of 500 m2. At the beach you will have your own private umbrella with 2 lounges 2 chairs and a table. We will also provide you with full home equipment, a dishwasher ,2 TVs and a washing machine
