Located only 20 meters from the beach in the beautiful Paralia Kariani, Greece.
It is a two-floor villa, with spacious veranda with sea views and captivating rooftop lounge area with panoramic sea views.
On the main floor there are two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, AC, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher and a bathroom with toilet.
On the subfloor there is one bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette.
In the backyard there is a bathroom, a toilet with a washing machine and a cozy garden set next to our 25-year old lemon tree.
The beach in front of the villa is public and there is no fee for using our umbrella and sunbeds.
There is a super market, a bakery, beach bar and restaurants very close to the villa.
