Villa Loukas is a contemporary villa located on the edge of Sivota village, just 150 metres from the sandy bay of Karvouno. Light and bright interiors and fully retractable glass doors opening onto terraces are the highlight of this villa, with a generously sized private pool and balconies on every floor. The lower floor includes an additional living area and kitchenette, making it ideal for a couple or a family with older children who may enjoy wandering down to the nearby beach bar and restaurant. The villa’s location is perfect for a leisurely holiday without the need to drive, with a 10-minute stroll into Sivota’s pretty harbour, tavernas, cafés and bars, while groceries can be delivered from the local supermarket. Excursions are plentiful, from exploring ancient World Heritage sites in Albania to a private yacht trip around Paxos and Anti Paxos, offering a mix of relaxation and adventure.
