The house which was renovated totally from scratch in 2008 , is organized in three levels and its part of a villa complex where properties are some of the most expensive in Chalkidiki. Direct access to seashore overlooking mount Olympus. It has 3 bedrooms , two of them with breathtaking sea view. The living area inside the house in the second level can accommodate up to 10 people. There are three dining areas. One i side the kitchen accommodating 6 people , one in the back of the house accommodating 10+people and one in the front of the house accomodating 10+people with amazing views all day long, ideal also for summer relaxation. The upper level is consisted of two bedrooms and a bathroom , both bedrooms with sea views one of them with a balcony with the most amazing view of the property. There is also a balcony on the back . In the mid level is the living room , described above , which leads to the terrace, the main element of the house and the place where the most of the time is spent. The lower level which is accessed by the entrance in the back of the house , contains the kitchen , equipped with all electrical appliances, a bathroom and a bedroom which can sleep 2-3 people.

In front of the terrace there is a space of around 7000 sg.metres with nothing else but grass , palm trees and gardens used only by the people of the complex but the most of the time the feeling is that it is for your personal use. Ideal place for children to play and parents to watch by relaxing in the terrace of the house at the same time. In the end of the garden , around 40 meters from the terrace there is a low stone fence which leads to the sand and the sea. Details: The housing complex is named 'Pyrophania' and in greek means a way of fishing where fishing boats use a very strong light attached to the boat in order to attract fish. Those lights can been seen at night hours even today as it remains a popular way of fishing . As the site is in front of the sea , you will have unobstructed views of the sea , sunset and mount Olympus. Another amazing element of this complex is the climate. Never in our years of existence there air condition was needed. There is always all day long a breeze either by the sea or by the mountains in the back which allows you to feel very pleasant all day.

The neighborhood: Fourka is a village located at the Kassandra peninsula in Chalkidiki , northern Greece. Chalkidiki is famous for its beaches , clear water and sand beaches surrounded by palm trees. Fourka is 5 minutes away by foot , 1-2 minutes by car and it offers everything needed. Supermarkets , bakeries, fish and butcher stores, tavernas , snack and fast food , pizza and many other stores . It is a complete market which covers every basic need. There are also many beach bars , two of them are located 50 and 200 meters away from complex. Getting around: Thessaloniki airport (SKG) is the closest to the area (95kms) around an hour drive. Public transportation and taxis are also available.
