Sunny House is a very beautiful and quiet accomodation located right outside the beautiful village of Molyvos. We are located less than 50 meters from the beachfront. On one side the building is surrounded by an amazing olive grove of about 110 olive trees. On the other side towards the beach there is a beautiful garden. There is plenty of trees in that garden that bear fruits such as apricots, figs, fairies, peaches, quince, pomogrenates, plums, lemons, oranges, mandarins, walnuts and others. There is also a beautiful lawn and a very nice little pathway towards the beach full of roses and other flowers. We also grow various vegetables such as tomatoes, cuccumbers, peppers, zucchini, eggplant and parsley in that garden. It goes without saying that everything in that garden is for the guests to use freely. We treat our guests as family here at Sunny House and our number one concern is for all our guests to have a very pleasant stay and to enjoy their vacation. The rooms are very spacious inside and they all have nice patios and terraces with outdoor furniture for guests to sit and relax and enjoy the sun and the beautiful garden view.

Sunny House is located about 3,5 kilometers away from a very beautiful village named Molyvos. I could say that Molyvos is the most beautiful village of the island. Thousands of people come every year to visit. It is a very graphic village and it has a very beautiful castle. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of this place. It is a must see. There is many different types of restaurants with amazing food in Molyvos. You can also find beach ba and cafes all over the village. It has a beautiful agora where you can also do all your shopping. The port of Molyvos is also very exquisite. Very close to Sunny House about 1 kilometer away you will find the very famous therapeutic natural hot springs. About 1 kilometer away you will find Eftalou Taverna where you can have amazing seafood and traditional greek dishes. There is also a mini-market about 400 meters from Sunny House. You can also rent a car or scooter from Molyvos in order to check out all the beautiful places around the area such as Skala Sykamnias, Petra Beach, The Monastery of Mantamados, Anaxos Beach, The Fossil Forrest of Sigri, Agios Raphael and many other beautiful attractions of this vast and beautiful island.
