Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο, στην οδό Παύλου Μελά 5. Διαθέτει μεγάλο εξωτερικό χώρο με μπαλκόνι με θέα στην θάλασσα και το βουνό του Ψηλορείτη. Έχει ένα διπλο κρεβάτι και έναν διθέσιο καναπέ-κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Υπάρχει αρκετά μεγάλη ντουλάπα στο υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο με ντουζ, ο χώρος της πλήρως εξοπλισμένης κουζίνας και ένα μπαλκόνι με τραπεζάκι. Το διαμέρισμα απέχει 2,5 χλμ από το κέντρο του Ηρακλείου και 2 χλμ από την κοντινότερη παραλία (Αμμουδάρα). Η στάση λεωφορείου βρίσκεται 150μ. από το διαμέρισμα.
Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 2.5 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από το κέντρο.
