Sunrise Beach Villa, Bouka, Lefkimmi The ultimate beach villa - the garden path leads to the shallow, calm sea. There is also a swimming pool in the garden, and a semi-outdoor gym. The beach is almost deserted even in August. You can enjoy our personal piece of beach for relaxing and sunbathing and go straight from there into the sea. This area is largely undiscovered - Lefkimmi is a small town with traditional houses and a relaxed atmosphere plus good tavernas and coffee shops/bars along the riverside
We have an English lady, SJ, who looks after our guests. She has been on the island for many years, and involved in looking after villas and offering concierge services. She knows everything!
2km from a small town, (although the 2nd largest on the island). One house next door on one side, and one next to that one, no other properties in close proximity. Beach taverna about 400m walk along the sand. Small supermarket in Lefkimmi (2km just about walkable although a bit hot!) along the river, plus 4 lovely tavernas along the riverside. The area has a local winery, and just a short drive away are the spectacular open sandy beaches on the west coast. Really need a car. Only a short drive to all amenities, but for any serious exploring a acar is necessary.
