Relaxed seaside villa ideally located atop the peaceful Stavros Cape. Enjoy stunning sunsets from your private terrace, swim turquoise seas only a short walk from your door. Easy living means lunch in a local seaside taverna after swimming, or playing at family-friendly Kionia Beach ends with a lovely walk home along hiking thyme covered ridges . Relax & unwind in Stavros Cape with all the convenience of nearby Chora only 15min walk away. Room for up to 5 across 2 levels with 12000sqm gardens.
I am Greek - American and have now been living in Greece for many years. My husband and I have been going to Tinos for years and find it to be a beautiful island. It is a truly Greek island and has many secrets to be discovered. I just recently posted my houses on Airbnb and we have had lovely experiences. We enjoy meeting interesting people from all over the world as my husband and I both have an international background. You are booking a self-catering villa so we are not on-site during your stay, nor is this a hotel with staff, but we are keen to ensure your stay is memorable. We will greet you on arrival and show you the house and the area, share our personal guidebook and be available for any problems that need tending to. Housekeeping during your stay is not included in the price online but we can arrange it for an additional charge, just message upon booking so we can send you a quote. Likewise, in-home cooking and other services can be arranged for additional fees. Just ask us!
Only a few minutes from Chora, the local area is equipped with supermarkets, the daily farmers market at the port, ATMs, car rentals, gas station, tavernas, cafes and plenty of shopping. You can also walk to the beach at Stavros Bay and Agios Markos for a very picturesque swimming spot or walk just a bit further for the family friendly Kionia Beach. Sandy Kionia Beach includes a nice beach club and a wonderful street of tavernas all along the beach. We will share our favourites with you upon arrival. Public transportation is just down the road from the house and buses run every half hour. The port of Tinos is a 10 to 15 minute walk. Also there are taxis available with just a phone call.
